We have some TIU followers in house here at Hello Good Design, and thought what better way to share our passion for fitness AND Tone It Up than with an Instant Room!
If you haven’t come across these gals in your instafeeds, magazines, or basically anywhere online than you may live under a rock. Just kidding! But seriously, we love what these girls stand for and what they offer the world. Just like how we believe good design is for everyone, they believe health and wellness of physical mind and body are for everyone. What a great message, but if you do follow Tone It Up you know they recently kicked off their 2018 Bikini Series! (You can check it out here.)
Along with workouts and nutrition, they also include inspiration to live your best life, and what better way to do that than with an inspired TIU workout room.
This room originates from the general aesthetic of the Tone It Up lifestyle that Karena and Katrina have created. The fun, sun soaking life of these two gorgeous babes from their HQ in Manhattan Beach, California. Water, sun, and rosè to be exact! We combined all these loves into a little space or corner that you can create in your home for an instant room to achieve that TIU approved sticker. The look is pulled together with coastal and boho inspiration, because we feel the TIU babes are a little hippie at heart, and their favorite colors pink and blue. Of course, we had to include equipment essentials like Booty Bands, resistance bands, and kettle bells, so anyone could get a home pump in at a moment’s notice. #namastay in my #instantroom. Slay then rosè, babes!
