But, in case it takes a little more physical ambiance to get you to that level of chill we have some awesomeness to share with you below. Before we get too far into the room design, we have done something really fun here at Hello Good Design.
We have partnered with an amazing artist, Nicole Gaitan – go ahead and check her out here – for our inspired artwork in this week’s Instant Room. Her artistic philosophy, “life is short, make it colorful,” is evident throughout all of her paintings. Vibrant and full of natural elements like owls, wolves, fish, and the Grand Tetons - it makes sense that this artist calls Wyoming her home.
Life can get a little crazy and I think it’s safe to say that we all could use a little Wyoming time. This week’s Instant Room brings us to our ideal summer destination.
Think your favorite sitting nook at a summer cabin – light, refreshing, but still cozy. You are sitting here in a rocking chair drinking your coffee (or tea), reading a book, and reflecting. With the rustic essence of the west, the natural elements in the home surround you and make you feel rejuvenated. In the midst of all the neutrality you have a vibrant, tactile painting. This painting creates the visual interest your nook needs – it reminds you of all the color that is in life and nature, and it reminds you why you love taking time for peaceful moments in nature like looking in a Koi Pond.
