They call her Granada and she is a 1970’s country ranch. Different families and owners, she once had many cedar trees in her yard, a swimming pool with a giant deck, and a wraparound driveway. You were abandoned and were flipped – and now you are getting a second go at life. Here is the start of her new story.

Living Room, Immediate: When you enter Granada, you walk directly into our drop zone and living room, and really you kind of walk into a blank room. It’s really kind of plain, like, plain unflavored Greek yogurt ready to receive vanilla and fruit. Basically, this room needs some spice, some architectural detail, interest, and artwork.
